The Atelier of the Rouen Normandy COP 21
The Atelier of the Rouen Normandy COP 21 has just opened in the city-center of Rouen. For an entire year, conferences, exhibitions and workshops around environmental challenges will be set up in order to allow inhabitants to inquire and to act for the climate.
Last December, the Rouen Normandy metropolis took part in the international dynamic by announcing the launch of its local COP 21. The first goal is to unite cities, citizens and economic and institutional actors, to build their commitment for the climate.
One of the first tool of this initiative, the Atelier of the Rouen Normandy COP 21, has just opened on the rue du Général-Giraud in Rouen. This space is all about sharing, giving information about the local COP 21 and raising awareness of global warming. All year long, the Atelier will present different conferences and workshops around the environmental protection. Each month, a new exhibitions will be set up. The first: “A small step for me, one giant leap for the planet” presents the eco-friendly actions to adopt at home for the environmental protection.
The Atelier of the Rouen Normandy COP 21 is open to the public and encourages everybody to get involved in this project.
