“Résonance” exhibition: first part at the Museum of Fine Arts
The Frac Normandie Rouen, the Regional Contemporary Art Funds, joins together with the Museum of Fine Arts to present its recent acquisitions through the exhibition “Résonance, organized in two different parts. The first part will take place in the Museum of Fine Arts, from the 17th of February to the 13th of May whereas the second part will take place in the Frac’s showroom, in Sottevile-lès-Rouen, from the 14th of April to the 26th of August, 2018.
The part 1 will present the major themes of the Frac collection, meaning the body, nature, architectural spaces and new forms of stories, through more than 100 contemporary works that will open dialogue with ancient pieces of the Museum of Fine Arts.
About the Frac: Founded in 1983, the Frac has a collection of more than 2 400 contemporary works from various international, national and regional artists.
